i-Size Safety and Security
The Acorn i-Size has undergone extensive collision and safety testing as part of the latest R129 / i-Size standard. It is i-Size and ISOFIX when installed with the Acorn i-Size base (sold separately), ensuring reduced movement of the carrier on the car seat for complete peace of mind. The Acorn i-Size car seat provides safety and security for your little passenger.
The Acorn i-Size infant carrier can also be installed rearward-facing using a standard 3-point seat belt or an ISOFIX base.

At the core of its design is protection! The i-Size standard continues side-impact tests and rollover tests, all using the latest crash test dummies to help create safer car seats. The Acorn i-Size has a reinforced construction with a strong protective shell to cocoon your child. To provide additional levels of safety, the Acorn i-Size features a side-impact protection system that absorbs force in the event of a side collision.
