Avionaut SKY 2.0 car seat NL.01 GREY
Convenience, technology, life - the three core principles of AVIONAUT are brought together in SKY 2.0
Comfort, technology, and life are words always present in the creation process of every new Avionaut product. An expression of this approach is the Avionaut Sky 2.0 car seat from the New Look 2022 collection, designed for rear-facing installation and intended for children up to six years of age. This position ensures not only comfort but also safety for the little passenger. Other factors, primarily the ergonomic profile of the construction, which provides full support for the spine and head, allow this model to facilitate the baby's comfort. This applies to both short trips and long expeditions.
Another remarkable element is the cotton upholstery - pleasant and safe for delicate children's skin. The seat is easily customizable to needs because each of its parts adjusts independently. In addition, the shape and pads of the seat allow the child to adopt a natural, healthy position, meaning one where the pelvis, torso, and head are in a perfectly straight line. Thanks to this, every journey will be more relaxed for both the child and their caregivers.
Distinctions of SKY 2.0:
The Swedish Plus Test
The Plus Test is a safety test for child car seats, organized by the Swedish automotive institutes: VTI and NFT. It covers models in two weight categories: up to 18 and up to 25 kg. The Plus Test is sometimes called the "gold standard" because it is so rigorous that only the best RWF seats, i.e., rear-facing seats, pass it. Models that meet the standards are marked with a characteristic golden sticker.
Sweden attaches great importance to safety and driving culture, so it is no coincidence that they are the initiators of this stricter testing for baby car seats.
In the PLUS test, the most important parameter is the tensile force acting on the child's head and neck in a frontal impact. This is very important because of the child's anatomy - the weight of a baby's head is 25% of its body weight. For comparison, for a 6-year-old child it is approx. 15%, and for adults - only 6%. In addition, the spine of young children is not yet fully developed, and its delicate cartilage simply cannot withstand such large overloads. If your toddler is seated in a forward-facing (FWF) baby seat during sudden braking or a collision, the child's head can inevitably be propelled forward. There is no support, and the neck is too weak to support it.
Uncompromising comfort and safety are also guaranteed by the AGR certificate
Products holding a certificate from the organization guarantee a correct position and a positive effect on the child's back and spine.

Who are Aktion Gesunder Rücken (AGR)
The organization consists of 150,000 physiotherapists and doctors who deal with spinal problems. AGR's activities are guided by the safety, comfort, and ergonomics of the sitting position, including in child car seats. In addition, AGR also deals with the accessibility and ease of installing and dismounting car seats, with an impact on back health, in this case, of parents.
Products marked with AGR are designed to support the spine and musculoskeletal system. A positive AGR rating is given to products that have shown a positive effect on the back and spine. The verification is carried out as a result of a detailed study conducted by an independent commission composed of medical experts from several disciplines.
