If food is stored or heated in dishes containing melamine, harmful melamine and formaldehyde can leach from the tableware and transfer to the food. That's why it's particularly important to pay attention not only to good food but also to the materials used for tableware. Our tableware from the Growing series consists of 80% renewable raw materials such as wood and sugar and contains no melamine, BPA, or PVC (as tested by an independent testing laboratory).
