The harness is tested for a child weight of 20kg. This seat also features side impact protection and a thick padded headrest that can be adjusted for an optimal fit. The On the Go i-Size also includes anti-slip, energy-absorbing chest and tummy pads, as well as comfortable padded armrests.

• Exclusive safety features

In ISOFIX + top tether mode (up to 105 cm or 20 kg), the On the Go i-Size has an audible warning for tether strap tension. It also comes with Cosatto's exclusive 5 point plus anti-escape system; an anti-wriggle harness that minimises driver distraction, allowing you to focus on the road and not on your child's potential attempts to escape. This exclusive anti-escape system exceeds the standard weight requirement, suitable for children up to 20 kg. In tests, 9 out of 10 children were unable to pull their arms out of the harness, making escape virtually impossible.

• Premium ADAC-level safety

The On the Go i-Size car seat has undergone extensive crash and safety tests as part of the latest R129 / i-Size standard and is suitable from 76 cm to 150 cm (minimum 15 months to approx. 12 years). The i-Size standard takes testing further with mandatory side impact and rollover tests, all used with the latest crash test dummies to create safer car seats. The On the Go i-Size travel car seat has been tested beyond standard R129 speed requirements, in line with ADAC testing levels.
