No stoppers and full passage width

Thanks to the fixed screw connection to the wall, the barrier does not require a frame (like most pressure-fit barriers). Especially on stairs, the absence of a bottom rail allows for unobstructed passage. This means there is no additional tripping hazard, and the barrier is particularly suitable for securing the top of the stairs. Additionally, the entire width of the passage is maintained, as no side clamping rails are needed that would narrow the opening.

Secure child protection

To ensure a secure lock that is insurmountable for little explorers, the safety gate is equipped with the Simple-Lock locking system - a double-action opening mechanism. This means that 2 actions must be performed simultaneously to unlock the gate.

However, adults can open it quickly and with just one hand. Simply push the latch down and lift the gate sideways, then the gate can be swung open.

Various uses

The safety gate is securely screwed to the wall. This makes it particularly suitable for securing staircases, as it is precisely in these areas that you need to rely on a secure foundation.

Thanks to the wide width adjustment range from 63 - 103.5 cm, the gate can be used in many different places with varying widths without additional modules. In addition to stairs, it can also be used to secure doors or wider passages.

Design meeting European standards

The screw-fit gate combines all relevant safety aspects that should be considered for safety gates. With a height of 75 cm and no crossbars that can be used as climbing aids, it makes it extremely difficult for small children to climb over.

Its closed and rounded shapes prevent pinch gaps throughout the gate area and thus protect against pinched fingers even in the hinge area.

In addition, only non-toxic, saliva- and sweat-resistant materials have been used, which are classified as 100% harmless for contact with children.

The simple structure, which allows for error-free installation, ensures safe use in accordance with standard EN 1930:2011.

Opens in both directions

Thanks to the fixed screw connection via a wall hinge, the gate can be opened in both directions.

This means the door can always be easily opened in the direction of movement.

When using stairs, however, we strongly recommend that the gate always opens away from the stairs to minimize the risk.

A direction stopper is included in the set for safe use on stairs, which allows the gate to open only to one side when in use.
