45111 Reer XL Bed Rail 150 cm Blue

Protects against falling out of bed

Young children, as well as adults, move during sleep and often toss and turn during the different sleep phases. This unconsciously activates the muscles, registers the surroundings and thus prevents falling out of bed. However, this instinctive mechanism must first be learned and does not yet function perfectly in young children. The bed rail offers secure protection against falling out of bed.
Toddlers and babies are at risk of falling

The center of gravity for babies and toddlers is much higher than that of adults, which is why they often sustain head injuries even from falls from a low height. Especially in newborns, this can lead to severe craniocerebral injuries.
Falling out of bed can be prevented by a bed rail. Among other things, they facilitate the transition from a crib to a larger junior bed.
A height of 50 cm provides more safety

With a height of 50 cm, the Sleep'n Keep bed rail offers your child additional security during sleep. Thanks to its 50 cm, the rail is also suitable for high mattresses up to 30 cm thick. Thanks to its extra-wide and stable feet, the rail has a secure grip on the slatted frame without slipping. The soft and rustle-free nylon cover is particularly pleasant and not only provides a sense of security but also offers protection against painful bumps.
Secure attachment thanks to 3 types of fastening

You can attach the bed rail to the bed in three different ways to prevent slipping, overturning, or falling.
1. Screwing the feet
2. Quick attachment with Velcro to the bed slats
3. Tighter fastening to the slats with the included tension strap.
Unpack, unfold, insert - done!

The bed rail is delivered pre-assembled. This makes assembly and disassembly quick and easy. Thanks to the stable support feet and the individually adjustable strap system, it can be securely fastened to the slatted frame in just a few steps and is ready for use. Simply tighten it between the slatted frame and the mattress and you're done. No additional screwing to the bed is necessary. The extra-wide support feet prevent slipping on the slatted frame.
Ideal for travel and easy to store

Your child should also be able to sleep safely and securely in other people's beds. Whether at grandma and grandpa's, or when traveling, the Sleep'n Keep bed rail offers more safety and protection during sleep. It is compact and can be disassembled into individual small parts to save space. Thanks to the practical plug-in system, you can quickly and easily set it up and take it down or fold it up again in just a few steps. The practical nylon bag makes it easy to transport and saves space when traveling or at home.
Super clean!

Thanks to the washable, pollutant-free cover. The soft and rustle-free material of the cover not only ensures safety. The cover is made of PVC and phthalate-free plastic. It is removable and washable.
Is this bed rail right for you? Check if the bed meets the requirements

- For beds with attachment options: For a secure grip of the bed rail, it is important that the rail is fixed with one of the attachment options (strap, Velcro, screw connection). Therefore, you cannot use this bed rail with box springs and water beds.
- For mattresses with a height of 10-30 cm: Taller mattresses offer too small a barrier and your child may fall over the mattress. Lower mattresses create a gap between the bed rail and the mattress, in which the child can get stuck or suffocate. Therefore, please make sure that no such gap is formed with any bed rail!
- For beds with a length of 150 to 200 cm: Your child should be able to get out of bed on their own. For this reason, you should not build a rail all around the bed. To ensure that your child can get in and out of bed safely and does not get trapped, please make sure you choose the correct length for the bed rail.
In short:
PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS!

- Pay attention to the minimum mattress height to prevent slipping.
- Pay attention to the maximum mattress height to prevent your child from falling.
- Please do not surround the bed with rails so that your child can get out of bed independently. A safety rail for a bed is not a substitute for a crib.
